Story of the founder - Hobert Ruffin

Greetings friend, I’m glad you’ve made it this far. Since you have, it’s probably a good idea to introduce myself and tell you why you should stick around even longer.

My name is Hobert and I’m the CEO of HDR Talent Acquisition Solutions. With ten years in the TA space I have supported tale acquisition from the agency side calling businesses and offering my headhunting services and on the corporate side for fortune 50 FAANG companies as well as a startup that IPO’d. Along the way I’ve helped hire more than 1,000 people and trained or coached hundreds of recruiters.

After ten years in the recruitment industry I made the decision to start this business for one reason, to help you find or become the right person for the job.
